Returns
GENERAL RETURNS
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
FAULTY GOODS
If the goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Rica London via email within 10 working days to arrange collection and return. In this instance, Rica London will be responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods as paid by you will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.
INCORRECT ORDER
If you receive goods that do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us via email within 10 working days to arrange collection and return. In this instance, Rica London is responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ricalondon.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Deliveries will be made to the address supplied in your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
If you order over $300 SGD, we'll provide standard delivery free of charge. Please note that we do not cover duties as they vary country to country, and you will need to cover any duty fees, if any are incurred. You must also pay all tariff, import, customs, tax, and other charges applicable in your jurisdiction. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

LOCAL DELIVERIES
Domestic deliveries will be made in Singapore. You may refer below for the rates and delivery time frames for delivery within Singapore:
Standard Shipping > $5 SGD Fee > 3-5 working days
Same Day Delivery Shipping > $10 SGD Fee > Same Day
Next Day Delivery Shipping > $5 SGD Fee > 1 working day
POSTAGE COSTS
Standard delivery postage in Singapore will be free of charge for orders above $350 SGD.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We ship globally for a flat rate of $30 SGD for delivery within 7-14 business days.
To qualify for worldwide free delivery must spend $350.

TIMEFRAMES
The standard delivery time in Singapore is 3-5 working days.
We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed. Delivery timing of all parcels is subject to customs inspection.
We endeavour to post mail out within 24 hours of orders placed.
OTHER INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address. Allow an extra working day for deliveries over Sundays and public holidays.
